Housing Team Outreach

The Westover Housing Team uses monthly “home improvement” projects as a tool to serve others and share God’s amazing grace and love.  

The projects are usually in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity, Housing Greensboro or other agencies.  The scope of the projects is quite diverse and includes demolition, remodeling, painting, tree removal and other landscaping duties.  The recipients of these projects have limited resources and in many cases are facing very difficult financial circumstances.  The Housing Team comes together to complete a project for folks and in the process conveys God’s ever present love and provision.

Our team members come from Westover’s congregation and have a variety of skills ranging from novice to professional.  Regardless of your experience, if you have a desire to help, we will find a role for you at any project.
