AWANA
AWANA is a Bible-based, Christ-centered ministry that meets on Wednesdays for children ages K-5. This night includes games, worship, Bible memorization, and missions.

Sunday Mornings @ Impact
Join us Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM in the Impact Middle School Room (S002) for worship, engaging discussions from God’s Word, and fun games. Don’t forget to grab a slushy while you connect with friends and grow in faith!
Impact @ Night (Wednesday Nights)
Join us from 6:30-8pm for a dynamic gathering for our students to connect through energetic games and small groups. 6th graders explore foundational truths, 7th graders deepen their understanding of discipleship, and 8th graders learn to share their faith.
Student Baptism Class
It is our desire in NextGen to see our students take the next step in their faith and learn more about what baptism is how they can take part in this sacrament of the Christian faith. Baptism class is required for anyone wishing to be baptized at any Westover event or camp.

6th Grade Lock-In
Come and Join us for a night designed specifically for our 6th graders! Enjoy Urban Air, Pizza Games and Biblical Teaching around healthy Friendships.

Fuse Sunday Mornings
(10:30 service in S001) Every Sunday morning we have a devotional message, games, and worship in the Fuse Room. These gatherings are a great place to build community and to dive deeper into your faith. See you there! 
Fuse Wednesday Nights
( 6:30-8pm in S001) Our weekly Fuse service incorporates worship, teaching, games, and hang out time for our students. Our doors open at 6:15pm where you can grab dinner ($5) and hang out until we get started!
Student Weekend
The Purpose of Student Weekend is to provide students with an opportunity to worship and be discipled with other christian students in their city. students will stay in host home for this weekend.

Project Serve 2025
Our Annual mission trip is headed to Western North Carolina this year to help in the recovery and clean up from Hurricane Helene.

College-aged Life Community
If you are ages 18-24 and in college, join us on Sunday evenings, 6:30-8:00pm, in the Westover Cafe for a time of socializing and studying God's Word.
A Place for Women
A group for women of all ages and stages.  Join us at 9:00 am in room W205 where we dig into and discuss the Bible or delve into our latest church-wide sermon series.
Abundant Life
A group open to all ages and stages, especially those who enjoy being around the more "mature". Join us at 9:00 am in room W201 where we have various Bible teachings or participate in our latest church-wide sermon series.
Chinese Fellowship
A group for Chinese speakers of all ages. Join us at 9:00 am in room S006 where we engage in a Bible in Chinese or delve into our latest church-wide sermon series and provide opportunities to build community with each other.
Growing Together
A group for couples (20's - early 40's) in the early stages of marriage. Join us at 9:00 am in room E204 where we discuss and apply biblical truths to our marriages or delve into our latest church-wide sermon series and provide opportunities to build community with each other.
Legacy Builders
LifeCommunity A group for retirees or those nearing retirement. Join us at 9:00 am in room S108 where we sing hymns,study and discuss the Bible or delve into our latest church-wide sermon series. No registration required- just show up any Sunday!
No Greater Joy
A group for parents with children in MS or HS. Join us at 10:30 am in room S007 where we focus on building community while encouraging and equipping parents of teens with biblical truth from our latest church-wide sermon series, various passages in scripture or current "hot topics!"

Join us at 10:30 am in room W205 where we discuss the sermon we just heard at the 9:00 Worship Service. 
The Gathering

The Nest
A group for parents with children birth - 5th grade. Join us at 9:00 am in room E202 where we encourage and equip young parents with biblical truth,engage in our latest church-wide sermon series and provide fun opportunities for community.
Verse by Verse
Join us at 9:00 am in room S004 where we go verse by verse through a book of the Bible, or delve into our latest church-wide sermon series.
Young Adults
Men and Women, Ages 20's-30's (Married or Single) We aspire to instill Westover Church's mission statement,"To develop maturing followers of Jesus Christ" in our Life Community. Please join us as we study the Bible, hear from speakers, and break into discussion groups to create a Christ-centered community.
Weekly Bible Studies

MomCo
The MomCo (formerly MOPS International) encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, leaders, and as people in relationship with Jesus partnering with the local church. The MomCo is a positive and supportive program designed to nurture expecting moms through mothers of kindergartners.

Our group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from September–May. Registration is currently full.

Growing Together- Early Marriage Life Community
For couples in their 20's–early 40's early in their marriage. This group meets on Sundays at 9am in E204.

This is a community that provides couples with:
  • tools to build a solid foundation for marriage & lives aimed towards God
  • opportunities to build community with other young couples
  • challenges to grow closer to each other while developing a maturing, godly marriage
  • periodic offsite socials & gatherings
Marriage Mentoring
Westover is committed to cultivating healthy marriages and healthy families. Marriage mentoring is a ministry to couples in every stage of marriage. From engaged couples to those who have been married for years, marriage mentoring meets couples where they are and helps them grow in their relationships with one another and with the Lord.  Marriage mentoring can be beneficial both to couples who just need a bit of help and advice as well as for couples facing more serious struggles.

Our marriage mentors are trained to identify key areas of growth using an online diagnostic survey. They will help you navigate your relationship in a way that is loving and respectful. Weekly sessions will last up to 10 weeks, and each session is approximately 1.5 hours in the home of our marriage mentors.

Abortion Recovery Support
This is a confidential group for anyone who needs spiritual healing after an abortion. The group facilitator is also available to minister one-on-one if needed.
Journey: A Recovery Ministry For Individuals Who Have Survived Abuse
It's difficult to talk about traumatic things that happened to us, but keeping secrets has terrible consequences. The silence builds barriers in our relationships with people and with God. Holding in negative emotions can impact our health and many other aspects of our lives. Secrecy steals life, moment-by-moment, day-by-day and the theft continues until we break the silence. Join us for Journey. End the silence and begin to find the real life Christ died to give you.
There is an application process to ensure that this group would be a good fit for you.

Choosing Hope Cancer Support
A group for those with cancer, cancer survivors, or those living with chronic illness. Family members are welcome! Here you’ll experience genuine understanding and meaningful prayer. We strive to view our life experiences through the lens of Scripture. Join us and see that life, laughter and hope continue, despite the tears!

Foster and Adoptive Parent Group
This small group is for foster and adoptive parents, those who are considering fostering or adopting, or those who want to help. We desire to be a safe place for parents to connect with one another, pray together, fellowship as families, and serve on mission together. This will also be a place of support for foster and adoptive families.
DivorceCare
Separation and divorce are extremely painful and stressful experiences. It’s a confusing time with feelings of isolation and loss. Divorce Care groups meet weekly to help you deal with these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life on biblical principles.

Refreshing Caregivers
Community and refreshment for those responsible for the wellbeing of an adult family member. This is a place for fresh ideas, sharing resources, and laughter with people who understand.

We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 7–8:30pm in E201. No registration necessary.
Love Never Fails
Love Never Fails provides parents of children with gender issues and/or same sex attraction the opportunity to come together for prayer and support. We acknowledge the uniqueness of each situation while offering encouragement, resources, and hope for all!  (100% confidential).
Circles of Grace
Circle of Grace is a confidential, holy, safe environment for women who desire to live outside of their feelings of same sex attraction, in dependence on Christ.
Single Moms: You are Loved
This is a class whose mission is to introduce single moms to other single moms and seek God's guidance in daily life.
This group follows the AWANA schedule.Childcare is not provided for this class, but children are welcome to participate in AWANA if registered.

There is no cost for this class and ladies can join at any time!
Anna's Friends
A place for widows to connect and find encouragement and friendship. Anna's Friends meets for social events and activities throughout the year. Meetings usually take place on the third Saturday of the month from 10am-12pm.
People Helping People
The People Helping People (PHP) fund supports Westover families and community members in crisis, while also empowering local ministries and nonprofits. Through PHP, Westover Local Missions advances holistic Gospel work across our community.

Our Weekly Intercessor provides tangible prayer requests for our community. Utilize this guide to intercede for others, seeking God’s intervention and guidance.  This prayer guide is distributed weekly in the Weekly Email, and physical copies can be picked up at the HUB and at reception.

Bookstore & Library
Westover's Bookstore is a great place to gather and check out resources to support your faith—Bible studies, non-fiction, Christian fiction, resources for parents, and more. Books are available for a suggested donation. Find out what we have in the bookstore below! The bookstore is open on Sundays from 8:30am-12pm by the Worship Center near the Global Wall.

Additionally, Westover offers a Library with a variety of books and media to check out behind the Westover Cafe. The library is open on Sundays from 8:30am-12pm and on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
