Join us for a Community Health Fair in partnership with the Congregational Nurse Program and Cone Foundation! This event is open to both members of Westover Church and the surrounding Greensboro community!

This clinic includes:

• blood pressure screening
• diabetes screening & education
• blood sugar screening
• vision screening
• dental education
• free toothbrushes & toothpaste
• CPR & choking education
• resources for family emotional support

Refreshments will be provided. 

This clinic is free, and insurance is not required.
