Westover Church is available as a venue for members or attendees of Westover Church. While we are happy to accommodate the weddings & receptions of members and attendees, Westover Church is not available to book for rehearsal dinners or reception-only events.

Although membership is not required to be married at Westover, listed below are the policies for those desiring to do so.

• Couples who are not members must attend Westover for a period of six months before a wedding can be requested.
• Couples who are not members must attend Discover Westover before an appointment will be made to meet with a pastor.
• Couples must complete pre-engagement counseling. Ideally, this class would be taken 6-12 months before the wedding. 

Weddings will not be scheduled on holiday weekends including Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, or New Year's. Additionally, weddings cannot be booked for June or July due to summer children's programming, or November or December due to holiday events.
